Quick Cards!

Last week I noticed the Creative Imaginations IOD Devotion papers at Scraptales.  The "Wings" paper with the butterflies really caught my eye.  I resisted the temptation for a while but three sheets of paper did manage to come home with me.  I love to make cards so I chose papers that I thought would work well on A2 cards.  I ended up cutting rectangles 4" x 5 1/4" and then I cut those rectangles into two triangles.  I mixed and matched the papers, added a little ribbon, a few stickers and a stamped saying.  I even pulled my sewing machine out of the closet and stitched around the edges.  There was a strip left from each sheet after cutting the rectangles so I layered those on two cards.  I ended up with 20 cards which have all been mailed!

Not bad for some really quick cards when you just can't resist the temptation to purchase pretty papers!
