Adding color

I attached some Prima Lovely Fabric Layer leaves to the "Adkins Girls" album on yesterday's blog.  Those leaves started out white:

And white just didn't work so I rubbed a Bundled Sage Distress ink pad over it:

Spritzed it with water:

And dried it with a heat tool:

It still wasn't just right so I rubbed a Forest Moss Distress ink pad around the edges, spritzed with water and dried it to get this:

I liked this look so that's what I used!  Best of all - my fingers were inky!
